We know the innumerable troubles we are causing you. And for this we ask your forgiveness. We have decided that your country is the right place for this, and have carefully selected the right person. We're staying out of harm's way while we make our denunciation to simple OEMMIIs. We know perfectly well that this is not the right way, and no doubt you will be astonished at the ingenuity of our procedure. Given the seriousness of the facts, you'd be looking for other, more effective methods. Just think, we could have considered a more suitable time and method, or asked you for more dynamic and effective assistance. We ask you to respect our strategy.
We are all too aware of the time urgency with which the meeting was convened. The deadline we had was November 23, for us the corresponding date was the Sunday before, the only feasible one if we respected the convocation odds and other reasons we deem confidential. (November 20)
We see three feasible solutions, given the wide margin of initiative you're counting on, and divide them into three levels. In the first case, you would choose the basement of Calle Goya 57 as your meeting place.
In the second level, you'd procure a larger room by limiting yourself to interested OEMMIII, (Whatever their nationality) you can invite without discrimination any brother to the meeting. We urge you to control entry at the door according to the standards already described. As a matter of courtesy, we advise you to omit invitations from members of the Catholic clergy, since they would find themselves violated in a meeting so critical of their ideas. It would also be advisable not to invite some of your brothers who are characterized by their sick obsession with the components of this group of specialists in our relationships.
III LEVEL: the most satisfactory, for us although we fear for you. Should you finally decide to increase the number: (Over seventy assistants) with which we would find ourselves enormously satisfied, perhaps by inserting some note in the usual broadcast media, we see it impossible with your reduced means of control to exercise any attempt to discriminate against your brothers. We deplore the fact that your religious brothers and secular clergy are obliged to listen to certain paragraphs of our letter. But please refrain from exercising any kind of dissuasion. Allow us to advise you to oppose the entry of your brothers who are too young. Invite all those who wish to attend.
Make it clear that, once the session has begun, although it is permitted to leave, NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER. This is essential from the moment you are obliged to turn off the lights to open the letter until it is completed. This standard is essential for any OEMMII WHO IS IN THE ROOM.
